Race Day Agenda:
8:30 AM – Registration Opens & Breakfast and Coffee in the Grove
9:45 AM – Welcome Remarks
10:00 AM – Race Begins
Participant Packet Pick-Up:
Race participants will need to pick-up their race packet on Thursday, March 25th during the morning (7:30 – 8:15 AM) or afternoon carline (2:45 – 4 PM) at The Woodlands Christian Academy, 5800 Academy Way, The Woodlands, TX 77384. Packets will be distributed from the tent in between the parking lots.
If you are unable to pick-up your swag bag on Thursday, March 25th you may pick it up the morning of the race starting at 8:30am.
Liability Waiver:
Each participant needs to have the race liability waiver signed before the race by Thursday, March 25th. If you are unable to sign the liability waiver online, you may sign it on race day, Saturday, March 27th at the registration table. You must be 18 years or older to sign – if you are not, then you must have a parent or guardian sign. Please sign the liability waiver for each participant HERE.
Weather:
Rain or shine, we will be out there ready to have fun! In case of severe weather, you will receive an email before the race with more information.
Parking:
There will be plenty of parking on campus. Once parking gets full at TWCA, please feel free to park in the west lot of Crossroads Baptist Church.

DEADLINES:
Register early! Admissions prices increase after March 5, 2021.
Racers must register by March 5, 2021 to guarantee they receive a race t-shirt.
Sponsors must turn in materials in by March 22, 2021 if they wish to include anything in the Swag Bags.
