Race Day Agenda:

 

8:30 AM – Registration Opens & Breakfast in the Grove

 

9:45 AM – Welcome Remarks 

 

10:00 AM – Race Begins

Please note that this is a fun run and is not a timed race. This race cannot be used as a qualifying race. 

 

Participant Packet Pick-Up:

Race participants will need to pick-up their race packet on Thursday, March 30th during the morning (7:30 – 8:15 AM) or afternoon carline (2:45 – 4 PM) at The Woodlands Christian Academy, 5800 Academy Way, The Woodlands, TX 77384. Packets will be distributed from the tent in between the parking lots.

 

If you are unable to pick-up your swag bag on Thursday, March 30th, you may pick it up the morning of the race starting at 8:30am.

 

Liability Waiver: 

Each participant needs to have the race liability waiver signed before the race by Thursday, March 30th. If you are unable to sign the liability waiver online, you may sign it on race day, Saturday, April 1st at the registration table. You must be 18 years or older to sign – if you are not, then you must have a parent or guardian sign.

Weather:

Rain or shine, we will be out there ready to have fun! In case of severe weather, you will receive an email before the race with more information.

 

Parking:

There will be plenty of parking on campus. Once parking gets full at TWCA, please feel free to park in the west lot of Crossroads Baptist Church.

DEADLINES:

Early Bird Discount: Admissions prices will go up on March 9, 2023. Registration after this date cannot guarantee a racer t-shirt or swag bag.

 Sponsorships must be purchased by March 9, 2023 to guarantee logo on racer t-shirt.

 Swag Bag Materials must be turned in by March 9, 2023 to be included in racer swag bags.
